It seems the body is the same, only the mounts were different
The Sears 32A uses Exakta mount lenses

The 37A camera uses special leaf shutter lenses,
only three types are available:
lenses: 38mm f/3.5; 48mm f/1.9 and 100mm f/3.5 
They are very hard to impossible to locate.
