Kodak Bantam Special PDF MANUAL

One of these manuals went for $580 on E-bay (1-2014) with a battle between two users.  In contacting the seller
and asking if it was ever paid, he responded yes and questioned "why would it go that high ?".
 I responded by stating I have seen the rare GREEN and ROSE models can go for $400 with box and manual. 
So not sure why just the manual.  Another manual was posted a few weeks later twice by a seller
first for $300, then when no bids it was posted for $150.. it did sell and he got payment ! !
The cameras go for $75 to $400 depending on it's color, condition, box and manual.
